We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — we completely understand how frustrating this must feel. You were told one thing in-store, then received different information about the repair cost, and on top of that only one of the requested repairs was completed. That’s not the experience we want for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Someone from our Customer Care Team will be reaching out to you today to resolve the issue. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to fix this.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We’re glad the size and accessibility are working well for you. Your notes about roller-handle compatibility and the closure when fully packed are helpful insights, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share them.

Thank you so much for sharing this — what an awesome milestone for your son! We love hearing that the moment he put on his Timbuk2 bag, it just clicked. There’s nothing better than gear that earns its place on the ride. And the fact that you’re still using yours after 30 years? That’s exactly what we’re built for. Here’s to many miles ahead for both of you!
