The quality of the materials and the colors... everyone notices this backpack on the airplane, and it fits under the seat.

Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast, but they sent the wrong color. I ordered the grey and I received blue. It's fine, and the color is nice, so I didn't bother to reach out. I guess, I would just like them to know that an order went out incorrectly. This is my second bag, and would definitely buy another one.

I like the size of the backpack and the material from which it is made. However, to unlock and lock the main compartment is a pain in the a$% The zipper is impossible to move. The zipper placement should be redesigned.
