I sent my Timbuk2 bag back for a repair. I was doubtful that a replacement of the inner lining material could be done. I received my bag yesterday and it turned out great-the inside as good as new! It was worth the $25.00 charge to be able to use my favorite bag for several more years.

The sizing was wrong and didn't look as advertised. I asked for a refund 3 times and never heard back from them. Definitely don't buy from this company as you are not able to return any items.

The process to return for repairs is easy, other than the need to print out the letter sent to me with the repair code. I don’t have a printer so it was a bit of a hassle.

I have had a Timbuk2 messenger bag for 30 years. The inside lining was cracking. I sent pictures to Timbuk2 customer service. They said they could fix it. I sent it in and got it back in a couple weeks in perfect condition. They made it simple for me. And all for a very reasonable price ($25). This bag has been a workhorse and has proven itself over and over. Love it.
