That’s not the experience we want for you or your husband, especially when he relies on his backpack for a daily commute. We understand how frustrating it is to be told an item is in stock and shipping quickly, only to be left waiting without updates. We’re apologize that we're experiencing technical problems in our fulfillment center and many orders have been affected with shipping delays.
