The best backpack to own - I have 3 backpacks from Timbuk2, and the fourth one is coming soon - and their warranty repair process is one of the strongest in the industry. Trust me, if someone values repairability, longevity, and a company that actually stands behind its gear, Timbuk2 is hard to beat, and I told all of my friends about it.

Timbuk2 serviced my bag from 15 years ago, for $25. The interior material was peeling off and they were able to replace either the material, or the bag I'm not quite sure which. Either way, it's a great small bag and I'm glad I'll get to use it again! Just wish I didn't have to pay to ship it!

I have onlythe best reviews for your products, as I have been your customer for over 20 years (this is my third order of your Die hard bags). I appreciate how easy it is to make an online order of a custom messenger bag and the speed at which it was shipped… On a personal level I prefer the Hook version of closing the flap instead of plastic fasteners.. wish this was also customable… Still… thanks for the good work
