Cancelled an order due to their poor fraud detection mechanism. The verification service was completely unreasonable in terms of privacy security, with no alternative provided after contacting customer service. After these delays, even when selecting “next day” shipping, products were only shipped 8 days later, with no estimated delivery date as of yet. Shame given the high quality of their products, but I will not be buying online again if I need reliable service quality.

Timbuk2 orders require a 2–5 business-day processing period before they leave our warehouse, and this processing time is not expedited.
