Scummy. Scammy. You will never get a refund from this company for any reason whatsoever. Fees are ridiculous. Any venue that uses them gets blacklisted by me.

Ticketweb website lists a phone number on their website however nobody answers Other than a message saying to email for a response to your inquiry. I waited 5 days after my email and unfortunately was not reimbursed for my loss even after ticketweb website says you can contact for a response. Ticketweb should be avoided if possible.

The lack of information on how I was able to access my ticket made it so I was unable to attend the event. I was required to retrieve my ticket at the actual event entrance instead of them sending me a virtual copy of my ticket. Their service is utterly horrible.

I put in all my right information for some jessy reyes tickets, only to get prompt to a payment declined page saying to try again so I tried again and again and again and then try my credit card and the same thing, it said payment the client try again, so I want to go check my bank statement and realize to charge me for every transaction that had said declined.

Don’t be scared by the reviews. It seems as if these people had a bad experience with their customer service, but the website itself it legit. I got my tickets within 10 minutes of me ordering them with no issues at all. Just make sure you use all of the correct information when you purchase.

No way to contact them. They don't respond to emails. What a terrible company :-(

Terrible ripoff company stay away charge extra, no refund, no response within reasonable period of time.

I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong date - it was an honest mistake and easily corrected. I wasn't even in the country at the time the show was put on so it's not like I could have attended. The company refused to change the date of the tickets - I didn't want a refund just changed from October 2 to October 23.
