I booked some tickets recently and then realized I needed to make some changes. I got a response in less than 24 hours to repurchase and send the new confirmation number for a full refund of the original cost. It was, again, a rapid response with my refund. Perhaps the negative reviews are from a long time ago and they've improved. All I know is my experience was 5 star+ from start to finish.

I was super scared to purchase from Ticketweb due to the large amount of negative reviews. But I still risked it and purchased. I was able to get tickets for a really good price and they worked! Had an AMAZING time at "Ace cafe" for the "Of the trees" event. I recommend this site!!

Don’t be scared by the reviews. It seems as if these people had a bad experience with their customer service, but the website itself it legit. I got my tickets within 10 minutes of me ordering them with no issues at all. Just make sure you use all of the correct information when you purchase.

If you read all the 1 star reviews, it definitely seems like a bunch of privileged gen z A-holes whining because they did something stupid and the company didn't reward their douchebaggery. I ordered tickets to a show, received the tickets in my email almost immediately, going to go to the show. Pretty stoked about it. I hope the tickets are legit, some dbag mentioned that the tickets themselves weren't legit. Hope they are.

Was scared to buy from these guys based on other reviews but the band insta linked me there and so did ticket Master so I took a risk. Got my tickets within a few seconds I think as long as you don't mess up your email you should be be good only reviewing so the average person doesn't go to stubhub and pay 5x the price to feel safer
