Do not purchase through them unless you absolutely have to. You have no way to contact them via phone or chat. I had to send an email about relisting tickets that I couldn't make due to the SoCal wildfires. They responded the next day staring they apologize for the delay but they see my event has already taken place and they will try and be better next time.

I feel bad for the venues who use this service. Tech from the 90s, rejects cards, bugs out.

This is hands down the worst ticket website to ever exist. Their website will decline your cards for no reason outside of website error. When you contact their support team they will stop replying instead of resolving the issue. I really wish musicians and artist would stop using this company.

I bought VIP concert tickets and paid a lot more money than the standard ticket and got absolutely no benefit from the additional cost. There was no communication about the benefit, there was only general standing admission, which was a total ripoff.

Refuses to take any card. Pointless to try any of their suggestions, such as changing browsers, cards, networks and so on. It is ridiculous. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience with them.

I purchased tickets for my favorite band and never received my tickets. I emailed the company requesting my tickets and never received them. I emailed the company requesting my money back and never received anything from Ticketweb. This company is a complete scam.
