they start off good but when it is time to start receiving medicine and scheduled appointments they do not follow through and will schedule a appointment with no show and shorten you on the medicine they are charging full price for. Cancel quickly and find someone else.

Hi EH, Oh no! We received an email from you this morning. Your provider forwarded to Jordan. She called 2x and sent email this AM to better understand the issue. If you could please call her back. We reviewed your orders and both are showing delivered by FEDEX 2 days after the script was signed. The last shipment is showing delivered 7/28. I have been made to feel so comfortable through every stage of the process so far. The Patient Care staff were wonderful, and the appointment with the medical provider was more like a conversation than a medical screening. That was what I wish my Dr. appointments were like.
