I had the fortunate opportunity to meet with a NP at Thrive, Ashley Wheeler, who was very thorough from beginning to end of our conversation, extremely pleasant and accommodating, and who I hope to be working with in the very near future.

As a previous reviewer points out - "they start off good" but along the way my experience became one of frustration. The upside is the people there are nice, but it feels pretty disorganized overall, meds showing up late, there were months I got half my meds, etc. Hard to reach people or get prompt call backs, I was promised a phone call to deep dive into the problems I was having = never happened ... I was 6 months with Thrive and never got the results I was promised, I now have an estrogen imbalance that needs fixing. When you start tampering with the bodies natural balance you want to make sure you're not doing any irreparable damage. I decided to go with another provider (which is costing 50% of what I've been paying at Thrive) I would rather go with a provider that may not have the fancy packaging but is attentive to my needs and promptly adjusts the meds to give me the desired result. This is not a car engine I am tampering with, it's my body!!! I need to feel confident the people administering the meds care about my health not just my money.

Lisa was amazing, she took the time to answer all my questions and explain the plan perfectly. I can't wait to start feeling better!

Probably one more woman who have experienced all menopause symptoms and process. In my 51 year I never EVER thought that I have to being through this . But ya , I’m in GOOD HANDS now . With my Thrivevelab First Consultation I was super confident, also with my first Doc consultation and conversation was Amazing. Now I’m good hands ..

I initially wrote a horrible review but did want to update. After my not so good experience, Josh, their CEO contacted me directly to make it right. His attention to my concern and his honesty at their mistake, fixing the problem is why I’m giving them another chance! Thank you Josh and team.

I gave 5 stars for the fact I'm big on explanation on things, personality and feeling like I'm giving an option to decide whether this was right for me. I didn't feel.pressured, I'm hoping to gain great results so I can again leave feedback. Feeling like your part of the process is important to me instead of just being told to take something.

Meds come directly to my home. I feel better essentially. This is a good thing for me. I like it so far.
