Very easy to navigate and work with the staff of thrive no question is unanswered. Very Punctual and informative.

My entire experience with thrive lab has been excellent and very thorough and they are very detail oriented and very helpful and will answer any question I have immediately. They are hands-down more considerate and caring and truly listen to all of my symptoms and concerns and my previous healthcare providers would always take several days to respond to a phone call or an email and also not listen to my symptoms or concerns because they were too rushed to get out of the room to see the next patient. I appreciate the high-level of patients and attentiveness from everyone I have spoken to at drive lab! Thank you very much for your exceptional patient care!

It’s been about a month now following my treatment and I’m already feeling better I love how professional and compassionate the entire team has been and how easy they’ve made this process. They truly care about your overall well-being, and they are very thorough which is exactly what I needed from this experience. Looking forward to how I will feel at my 3 month mark. It’s so great to start to feel like myself again

Started out great but they are not the concierge service they represent. The PA was annoyed with questions and it took days to even get a call after I had to explain why I wanted to talk to her in the first place. I found a local provider and told them I was cancelling, my patient care coordinator Lindsay said she had cancelled my account. I just got billed and there is no one to talk to and it appears Lindsay no longer works for the company. Outrageous. Stay away. Far away.

Katie Jo is the sweetest, kindest person! I’m so lucky she came into my life! She gave me hope & compassion when others (the people at the weight loss clinic) treated me coldly and with disregard. Kelly is also awesome! So sweet! Everyone I have interacted with at ThriveLab has been awesome! They celebrate with me when I make progress in my health journey! They check up on me randomly to see how I’m doing! I haven’t, for one second, felt alone on this journey because the people who are in my corner, are rockstars! Thanks to Katie Jo & ThriveLab I’m on my way to being balanced inside & out!
