Milk tastes disgusting and watered down, and customer services is appalling. Tried to say I have outstanding balances and when emailing to ask the dates as I pay it every week; they said I have not replied to it and are charging me more money for ‘additional fees’. And not to mention the times they can’t provide orange juice, I have been overcharged. Absolute rip off, as for somebody who wanted to support a local business

Really disappointed with this company. Thought it would be good to support a local business but big mistake. Order wrong more often than right ! Took 3 calls to cancel the orange because it tasted diluted to me and got nothing but cheek from the phone staff . The only thing they got right was cancelling the whole account. They didn’t even try to defend how wrong they got it all !

I registered for this service through a door sales person. The milk delivery was OK for a few months, but everything seemed to get complicated over the Chirstmas holidays. The company sent me a card with the updated delivery times and direct debit dates, but then proceeded to request for successive payments on the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st and 2nd of January, neither of these dates were on the card that they previously sent me. Seeing how these dates were Bank Holidays, as well as they were asking for different amounts each day, it was considered to be a fraudulent transaction and cancelled automatically by my bank. I was just contacted by a representative from the company to inform me about the outstanding debt and to process a payment through the phone. I was unlpeasantly surprised to see that they did not get any ownership for messing the payments up from their end and they instead focused on blaming me. They mentioned some emails that I never received (including after checking my spam folder) and that I needed to give them personal details over the phone. Overal, I wanted to support local economy by subscribing to this service, but seeing the service I got, I am more than happy with super market milk. More importantly, several of my friends and family have asked for this service and after sharing my experience, they also decided against this.

Great service, such a convenience to have fresh produce regularly delivered to the doorstep. Product quality is excellent, and enjoy the bread which was a recent welcome addition. The website is really easy to use, and adjust orders for the regular delivery or add one offs if you want.

Been getting my milk delivered for a few weeks now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Fantastic service aswell nothing is ever a hassle to these guys. Keep up the good work.

Great service from Thomson Dairies. Hail, rain and literally through snow my milk gets delivered. I was amazed last week to have my milk delivered as usual in really atrocious snowy weather. Thank you. Great selection of products too.

Just over a year I've been using Thomson Dairies after a doorstep call to sign me up, and cannot rave about their service highly enough. 2 deliveries a week and not once has the order been wrong, not turned up, or been sub standard quality....and in all this snow and minus temps their staff STILL manage to deliver. Amazing service and deserved of high praise indeed 👏

I’m really happy I started having my milk delivered again. The online ordering and payment system is easy to use and I get notified what each payment will be. The office staff were very helpful when I had questions. My milk is on the doorstep bright and early with no problems at all. Well done to the delivery team for keeping going throughout these difficult times and bad weather. Super fresh local product, zero waste and local people in jobs. They more than deserve support.
