First couple of times direct debit & milk being delivered all normally. This company never takes the direct debit when there’s money in my account, so with that they racked me up to £30 debt due to them always taking it when there’s nothing in my bank putting me minus. I have no money in my bank tonight as I had £25 in it and they decide to take it. I do not like this milk company at all.

Signed up for milk delivery via door salesman. Delivery Tues and Friday, and ordered bottle caps...Tues ok, no caps though and just went out front door now (3.30 pm) and milk had been delivered today!! Not told either there was a deposit system for the bottles. Can't contact to cancel either!! Wish I had read the reviews beforehand! Going back to carrying home my own!

Set up delivery via door to door salesman and was told my first delivery would be the following Friday. Friday comes, no milk so I assumed it would be the Monday as that was my second delivery day. No milk again on the Monday. Tried to phone but the systems are always down so can't check my details, they offer to call back but never do. Shambles of a company. I fear some people will rely on these deliveries only to be left without essential items and unlike us not be able to get to the shops. Cannot recommend untill the customer service and logistical side of the business gets an overhaul.

When I was sold the milk a few weeks ago by one of their door to door sales people, I was told that the milk can last up to 10 days in the fridge. I placed an order for whole, organic milk and I'm afraid that is just not true and I've had to pour one bottle of milk as it went sour in my fridge. In addition, customer service is really a little bit all over the place. We agreed to get my milk delivered on a Monday, but then it came on a Thursday. Once I called them to query this, they said I could change the order to Monday, but that's not quite the point. I should make my request to the sales person and that should then get processed, without any further action on my part. I also got some caps for the bottles, but again, they didn't arrive with my first order and I had to call to ask for them to be dispatched. The milk is lovely, but the customer service could be much more seamless. I shared all of the above with a member for the Customer Services team via email, but I didn't get a reply.

The milk delivery was great, very handy and there every morning I was very pleased. I wasn't pleased however with the additional charges I wasn't informed of. First of all there is an extra charge of £1 per bottle which is meant to be refunded when the empty bottle is returned, but in my case wasn't so I had to request it. Secondly there is an additional £1 delivery ontop of the cost of the milk, which I wasn't informed of by the door salesman. I wouldn't mind had I known upfront. I was also told by the door sales guy that I had to sign up through him and can't do it online and later found you can join online so felt mislead here too. It was only when I had my online account set up I realised all these extra costs and I would have stayed with them had I not felt like I had been deceived. As it is I need more milk and at £12.85 a week I can't justify it when it costs me £4.50 at the shops.

It would take too long and stretch readers' credulity too far to give all the details involved in me trying to get this lot to deliver milk to my door. I signed up for their doorstep milk delivery at the beginning of April and, after three weeks of no deliveries and umpteen phone calls reporting this, I still hadn't had a single delivery. Every time I phoned, I was told I would definitely be getting milk the next day a delivery was due - nothing. Then, on 23.04.20, despite never having received a single pint of milk, £13.54 was taken from my account. I phoned again and was assured this money would be refunded and again told regular milk deliveries would be happening - still nothing and, of course, no refund either. I phoned again and this time I told them to cancel my order and politely requested the refund again. I've lost count of how many phone calls I've had to make about this. And then, as if things weren't bad enough, Thomson Dairies started lying to me. They said a cheque has been sent out - I never received a cheque. Three times I was promised the refund was in the process of of going through - it never appeared. I asked if this could be done over the phone with my bank card and was told they did not have the facility to do this. I phoned again today and the woman I spoke to immediately said she would do the refund over the phone using my bank card details but that it might take a day or two to appear in my account. I sincerely hope it does appear because I'd love to have nothing more to do with them but, if the refund doesn't materialise, they can rest assured that I will keep chasing them for it.
