Amazing Experience

New customer I signed up when a representative from Thomson Dairies came to my door . I read the leaflet which had all the produce on it, and was not put under any pressure to sign up .

I had to call Thomsons office to get issue sorted out of another dairy using Thomson name to get customers. Nicola was fantastic, could not of been more helpful. I now have an account set up by Nicola and look forward to getting my milk etc delivered by a professional team. Nicola even apologised for all the hassle another company was giving me. Excellent service even before I became a customer.

I called and spoke with Nicola yesterday due to my account being just setup. Couldn’t of been more helpful and explained the new process to me and said if I had anymore queries or questions as the app can be a little fiddly then just to give her a call back

Thompson dairies provides an efficient and reliable service. The deliveries are on time and Nicola will sort out any issues, such as changing the order, in a professional and friendly manner.

Website easy to use and Nicola confirmed my order promptly
