Thomson DairiesReviews of thomsondairies.com

I’ve been using Thomson’s for my milk for several months now. They have been reliable, flexible and I’m able to amend my order and add items as needed which has been ideal. Quality is excellent, happy to be recycling my glass bottles and my family enjoys the fresh eggs. Very satisfied customers!

Company is a joke! Like all other negative feedback im sure they will report this as well! My bank cancelled 2 of my direct debits and within 24 hours had apologised that it had been done in error. I got an email from the bank on 28th April, got an email from Thomsons on 29th April saying they had been notified my direct debit had been cancelled. I promptly went on to there website to reinstate the direct debit to find i had been blocked from doing so. No bill due, comment deleted from there Facebook, not a nice company to deal with at all and if they begged me to come back as a customer they would get told where to go . Be careful dealing with this company, do research on Google as better companies out there than this crowd!

Fantastic service I organised from Manchester for my parents in Scotland Everything been really easy My parents are delighted with the service and the quality Highly recommended

I have been using Thomson’s now for over 3 months and they have always given us first class service throughout , the customer service team especially Tracy is first class and respond to you always . The products are amazing from the milk to the milkshakes to the fruit juices we have them all delivered with no problems twice weekly and throughout this current situation they’ve still never let us down 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from us here in Aberdeenshire thank you all

Started using this company 3 weeks ago. No mention made of 7 day cancellation period 1st Monday milk wasn't delivered until afternoon 1st Thursday item missing from delivery 3rd Thursday- no delivery. I am someone who is completely reliant on others for supplies and felt i had to make other arrangements. I called to make a cancellation and was assured that no further deliveries.would be made. Again there was no mention of cancellation period. The next delivery day I received 2 pints of milk. When I called I was told by an extremely brusque and unpleasant woman that there was a 7 day cancellation period. Getting through to this company by phone has occupied well over an hour of my time.

If I could leave Thomson Dairies zero stars - I would. This company falsely advertised that they could deliver milk to my area. On the advise that they could deliver milk to my area a direct debit was set up. I then recieved an email advising that they could not deliver to my area but would place me on a waiting list for when they started deliveries to my area. I immediately sent an email to Thomson Dairies advising that I did not wish to be placed in a waiting list and to destroy my banking details. I have sent numerous emails to Thompsons Dairies (All unmanned due to the covid 19 pandemic). I can not get through to them by phone. I then sent them a private message on Facebook and left a comment also explaining the situation and asking for someone to respond to me. My comment was promptly deleted and I was blocked from leaving any comments, sending a message or leaving a review. Childish pathetic behaviour. If you can delete my comment and block me you can respond to my email or pick up a phone. My advise to anyone thinking about setting up an order with Thomson Dairies is to go elsewhere like I have. Do not give them your bank details once they have a direct debit set up there will be zero Communication. Looking at the other one star reviews I can see that unfortunately I am not alone.

Very tasty milk!

So far so good. Get our milk delivered by Thompson Dairies every Monday morning. Love the glass bottle idea and a taste of the milk which is creamier then usual store milk. Thanks a lot!
