Thomson DairiesReviews of thomsondairies.com

Can't understand the silly 1 star reviews, the Aberdeen area delivery service is great. We're a family of tea jennies, and use heaps of milk. I'm so grateful for milk delivery, especially at this time, since we no longer have to rely on the supermarket for milk. Thank you Thomson Dairies, mair power to your elbow.

We’ve been using the service for a few weeks, appreciate it so much more following recent scenes of empty shelves in super markets. Also - this is true - it actually tastes better than ordinarily milk somehow 😆

Thomson man came to door selling milk etc delivery. We are struggling to shop just now ,health problems, ,so this service a good idea. Checked credentials of man at door by phoning Shotts then gave order for eggs and milk etc. Bought box with lid.for avoiding magpies pecking. Came the promised day for delivery. Nothing. Phoned local depot. No answers. Phone Shotts and lady said someone would phone us. Still waiting. Waste of our time and money. Pathetic. Wish I never answered door. Have had a reply to our review from Thomson's saying their phones were the cause of our complaint not being dealt with. They did nod read our review! Nothing wrong with their phones. The Lady we spoke to did not phone us back as promised. Or anyone else. Silence.

Excellent Service! I have been using this Milk Service for over a year, I have no issues with the glass bottles of milk I receive, also always get the Milkman on a Wednesday evening with the Invoice for that week, then I pop online and pay. I have always had correspondence from the Milkman on any of the delivery mornings he services my area, just to confirm if or why there has been a change to my delivery that morning, sadly I don't see him as the delivery is always before 5am. 1st Class Delivery, Service and Quality products, makes my life easy as I never run out of milk!

Best doorstep delivery service around. Produce is great quality, and they are so considerate when delivering early morning. Glass bottles are a bonus. Won't ever get my milk from anywhere else again. Great company.

I had a photocopied Hand written note stuck through my door. Talking about milk in glass bottles delivered to my door and milk from local farmers. When I was asked for my bank account details etc over the phone I baulked. Upon some research I’ve found that the company is in the central belt, which is not ‘local’ to me in Aberdeen and yes they ask for bank details. I’m all for supporting the local farmers and using less plastic (although the gentleman on the phone let slip that either full or semi, can’t remember, comes in plastic) But my details to a complete stranger and not so local produce? I don’t think so! My bank says to avoid transactions this this like the plague. Beware!

Reliable , friendly and great quality products that support local farmers. Very easy to modify orders on their website and pay online if not doing derict debit. Milk is always fresh and at the door very early and customer service is 10/10. Was given notification through post of their Xmas delivery arrangements and they ensure you won't go without over the festive period while deliveries are off .
