Good turn around time, and good response to questions

Excellent service from thesaunaheater.com. The crew was helpful with all steps of the purchase process, including identifying and packaging all of the necessary items. They were also helpful through the shipping and delivery process.

Immediate responsiveness was very appreciated. I had a ton of questions, and they were answered very quickly via email and made my build and install go very smoothly!

The Sauna Heater team were great, and I highly highly recommend. Even though we ran into a shipping issue (that was out of their control), and I was frustrated that I didn't get all of the components to install my heater as quickly as I would have liked, the team was so friendly, so apologetic, and so communicative throughout the process, we felt really taken care of. It's tough to buy something this expensive online, but I would absolutely trust these folks to help us out again. Our heater is not fully installed and operational, and it's beautiful, works like a dream, and we're super thrilled. Thanks all!
