I realy appreciated the time they took to walk me through every step of the way. I even had a small issue with the new heater that arrived and they went to bat for me to get in a new part.

The mounting brackets that were pre installed are too close to the corners of the heat unit at the back (partially on the curve of the stainless shell). I had to have them bent so that they could be mounted flush against the wall. They still show from the side/front view. Not very attractive. This is a poor engineering and assembly job that was possible to solve and correct by you your company. It should not have been left to me, the customer to figure out and correct at my expense and delay. I hope that if you do care, someone from your company will contact me. Don, Thank you.
