I received highly responsive and able assistance in my kitchen’s design from Andrew Espejo, who gave me a quite positive experience with RTA. I’ll be back for another kitchen in the near future.

Gwyneth was so helpful from the beginning to the end! Her rendering was spot on and it helped us make some really big design decisions. She's such a pleasure to work with and I'll absolutely use RTA for all my future remodel needs!

For our kitchen remodel we checked a bunch of different websites, looked at our local options/stores, and after much thought, reading reviews and comparisons. We decided to go with TheRTAStore.com. I submitted my kitchen dimensions online, and was assigned Andrew as my kitchen designer. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and working with Andrew made the process enjoyable. I would ask for different designs, tweaks, and it was always great to check my email the next day, as Andrew was always prompt about replying and sending over the new designs. He never complained about my myriad of "small tweaks". He had great suggestions, and was just super to work with. He always followed through, and if he wasn't able to work on my design within a day, he would email me to let me know. Andrew kept me updated about the order process, and when we finally had the design we wanted, he let me know what would happen next. Our order was placed online, and the was fulfilled within the specified timeline. The cabinets arrived when promised. We had three cabinets that had some small paint/chip damage, and one cabinet that had the supports broke off. We contacted our rep, and he got the replacement parts expedited our way. We just finished the kitchen this past weekend, and we are extremely happy that we went with TheRTAstore.com our cabinets are gorgeous, are well built. I would highly recommend Andrew and TheRTAStore.com to anybody.

Totally disgusted with this company. spent close to 10,000 and one of my cabinet doors started to peel. I took a picture of it and they said it was due to water damage. NOT TRUE! Boxes came and were installed in a new construction home. They looked fine and a month later the peeling started on ONLY 1 door. Clearly if the cabinet had gotten wet then more than one would have had water damage and NOT just on the door. Looks more like a manufacturing curing defect. They refused to replace the door. Can't believe they would do this to a customer for just 1 of the doors. They ware wanting me to purchase a whole new cabinet for another 300.00. I will never, NEVER recommend these people again!

We spent over 4 months working with Elizabeth Copella, a designer for RTA, every step of the way she was amazing. Her responses were quick and always on point. We haven't received our cabinets yet however i can't imagine the experience will be any different than what we've already seen. Some friends of ours used TheRTAStore.com on their kitchen and have had nothing but great things to say which helped us greatly in our decision to go with TheRTAStore.com.

Remi was amazing to work with She was super helpful and accomadating with our needs and was really good at helping make the best design for the space. I had used RTA before for my own personal remodel and it was all to easy to recommend RTA to my employeer.

So far we've gone through the design process. We had a great designer who was attentive to our requests. She put together a fantastic design while communicating with us frequently. We are looking forward to having the cabinets installed, then can update the review.

My experience with the RTA Store has been wonderful from start to finish. My designer Jason was thoughtful in his design approach, patient with all my changes, and always willing to talk through my concerns. I had the best support with every step of the process. The quality of their cabinets is great and a wonderful value compared to pricey custom cabinet makers. I’ll definitely use their services and products again!
