The RTA StoreReviews of thertastore.com

We worked with a designer, her name is Jennifer. We did a lot of back and forth through email. Never did we feel she was frustrated or came off rude during the process. As we are new to sizing and dimensions without a contractor or carpenter to give us solid details to what to ask for. Her creating the design solidified our purchase. She was professional and knew every little detail of what should be where. We currently have not received shipment as this was custom made to order. We look forward to seeing the actual finish. The company is great at keeping up with their clients and making sure we know that they are a call or email away.

Andrew Espejo has been really great and helpful. He's taken the time to go back and forth with me when I've sent across dimensions. He has been thorough and in fact, instrumental in giving me my perfect laundry space! Thanks Andrew for going above and beyond in your services and best of all, for no cost to me.

Michael was extremely helpful and patient. We revised the plans many times and he was helpful the whole time.

Everything was great! we had one issue which RTA fixed. Everything fromElizabeth the designer to receiving the cabinets and putting them together went very smoothly. Thank you to all who helped make this go smoothly and seamlessly. Thanks for the great service We would recommend using the RTA store again.

They say that they offer free shipping on orders over $2,500. Our order was well over $9,000 and we are not getting free shipping we find out after our order has made it part way to our city. They claim that they can only get it to us via 18 wheeler. Well, they had asked and we were very clear during the time of purchase that an 18 wheeler will not be able to get into our neighborhood. There is a place in the "notes" at the bottom of the purchase process that specifically asks you to warn them if there are any significant differences in your delivery location that the driver should know. THEY FAIL TO MENTION THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF EXTRA MONEY TO DELIVER PRODUCT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THE AGREED UPON PRICE. then they claim they asked you if you still need special arrangements. AS IF MY STREETS HAVE SUDDENLY BEEN WIDENED? of course the situation is the same. No new addresses in the middle of construction!! they shoot you a email long after your order that says you have to go get the order yourself! Me? A housewife with a toddler rent a box truck with a lift gate and load three palates? RIGHT. the order is already several weeks late with no explanation. A PHONE CALL IS WARRENTED IF YOU PLAN TO ASK SOMEONE FOR MORE MONEY but the don't have the guts to say sorry, there is no such thing as free shipping with our company because we refuse to do the right thing and ship freight in a truck that can actually make it to your address. Hey folks, we do not live on a dirt road or in a swamp. Even a box truck could get to those. The shipping people have access to google maps same as me. They can see the place from aerial photos like everyone else in the world and THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO ARRANGE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING VEHICLE BUT THEY DO NOT BOTHER.

Excellent Customer Experience I am so happy with my cabinets! The quality is beyond what I had anticipated. Jennifer was my designer and she had tons of patience with me while we created my dream kitchen. I was constantly changing items as I thought about how I would use the space. Then purchasing was easy. She filled my basket based on the design we came up with! I highly recommend using The RTA store!

Travis was great to work with, very helpful and readily available for my questions. Which were many! He also provided excellent explanations of the product and how each item worked. My experience was so good that I recommended RTA to a neighbor who is going to order cabinets also.

Worked with Kristen and she helped with the design and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for kitchen cabinets
