Gwyneth was very helpful and very professional. I was constantly making changes to the design of the kitchen and to the color, but Gwyneth always was happy to make the changes and never seemed annoyed at everything that I asked her to do. She is an asset to your company and deserves a big raise.

Jennifer was lovely to work with. The only thing I wish had gone a touch better is nailing down all the design aspects of our cabinets sooner, rather than it being drug out for 2 months. Discussing dimensions over email was tricky at times and it took about 2 months of email correspondence before we could feel ready to order. I think having more phone access, and longer phone calls at times to further the design along would have expedited the process. Also, our designer was willing to let us lead the process, which is great, but could have been better to have been told things like, “to maximize every inch of space in your kitchenette, you could consider having a smaller sink to make room for the lazy Susan corner base cabinet.” Sometimes I enjoy being led towards a design option rather than having to make it up, and ask for it. Thanks Jeniffer for everything!

Jennifer (designer) was AMAZING! She was responsive to emails, fun to bounce ideas off of, and knowledgeable about how to make even our basic kitchen shine with great design touches. The shipping process got a bit mixed up, but Ed sorted out the issue and had us back in shape in no time. Cabinets arrived without a scratch, and we are excited to start install! We highly recommend working with the whole thertastore.com team!

I was sceptical at first getting our kitchen designed online. And the cabinets shipped to us. But Gwyneth Alberetti was amazing. Answered and solved any questions. Helped with the best options for our needs. Suggested ideas. Gave 3D renderings and changed things around when ideas changed. Cabinets damaged in shipping was replaced. If and when ever do another kitchen will diffenatly will start here first Cody

I had a great experience with my design specialist Gwyneth Alberetti. She helped me design my basement wetbar area and bathroom. She sent me designs showing the layout and all the items that I would need to complete my project. We ordered everything that she advised us to purchase and we ended up with awesome cabinets that we have received numerous compliments on. Thanks for making our cabinet project run smoothly and we are so happy with the finished product!

I've ordered twice from The RTA Store and both times were a great experience. I ordered both pre-assembled and ready to assemble cabinets. The ordering process is so easy to do over email and including a designer is the best way to go. When you can see how your cabinets are going to fit in your space it makes all of the difference in the world. The quality of the cabinets are top notch as well. My designer, Michael Cordes made the entire process almost effortless.

Chrissy was relentless in her purposeful guidance and clever solutions. She really wanted me to succeed. I'm so happy I had an opportunity to design my kitchen with her. She offered solutions to issues I didn't even know I had. Her foresight saved me time and money. Her teammates were equally helpful. I'm very pleased to offer a strong recommendation to Chrissy and team RTA. Thanks for your support.

I have worked with Travis for a few months designing a cabinet layout for my new home. He has been very patient with all my questions an changes. He is very knowledgable at what he is doing for the company. As a business owner, I am very impressed at the service Travis provided throughout the entire process. He always got back to me in a timely manner and provided great suggestions. I never take the time to write a review but I thought it would be nice to hear positive feedback on all his hard work! Thanks so much! Nunzio
