Really great cabinets at a very affordable price. Terrific advice and guidance from the sales staff. Delivery was a little sloppy though... (hence the 4 stars instead of 5...)

Thank you for the review, Kevin! We're glad to hear that our teams were able assist you, also sorry to hear that delivery did not go as smoothly as we would like. We have to rely on third party companies for our deliveries. I will look into your particular case and pass along the feedback so we can hope to improve it moving forward.

Initial contact with Crystal Holmes went so smooth and she is so cordial and easy to visit with all the right answers I needed. She put me in contact with Dareli Ortiz to assist me in the design phase and I really am impressed with her insight on what I was looking for. Jennifer Davis assisted me with my order after Dareli double and tripled checked it for accuracy. When receiving the cabinets, a couple packages had some damage and after contacting Jennifer, Stehanie Alexander took the claim and did a wonderful job of getting replacement parts on the way. I cannot express how much these great specialist helped me to become a very satisfied customer and I recommend The RTA store to everyone I talk to about how easy the purchase was.

My recent experience of buying the cabinets for my new kitchen with the RTA store was amazing ! They made the process so easy and enjoyable ! The cabinets (which even my contractor said are high quality wood ) are beautiful and an incredible price . RTA even offers three free appointments with a designer and gives you an account manager. Both women were very professional and made it so much fun ! RTA gives a LOT of bang for your buck ! Great customer service !
