The customer service for this company cannot be beat. We ordered a whole kitchen worth of cabinets and accessories. Only one piece was damaged upon arrival which they replaced promptly. I later found a bowed piece but was past my window to let them know and they still replaced it for free. The best part is when I found out I could not use the crown molding I had purchased due to stacking a small cabinet on top of the tall pantry cabinets leaving insufficient space above the cabinet door for molding. I emailed them just to give feedback, though I was several months past purchase at this point. The CEO responded to my email with such kindness and thankfulness for the feedback and even refunded the crown molding. I highly recommend this company if you want to be certain your money is spent well. The quality of the cabinets are great so I have no complaints.

Love the options available to design your kitchen however you want. Love the design service and working with Brie! Cabinets shipped earlier than we expected which was a bonus!! Looking to purchase more cabinets for a different area in the house.

great customer service despite some damage in the deliveries, they were great to deal with to get me the replacement products. And now my kitchen looks great for probably half the cost of a contractor remodel. Plus, I can say that "I did it!"

The selection choice is superb. The design team is amazing. They took a rough drawing and created exactly what I wanted. I was so excited until I received the quote. The pricing for a contractor is just too high when compared to other cabinetry companies and unfortunately, I was not able to use RTA. Just wasn't enough in my budget to make it work.
