I ordered the TheraPet cat diffusers and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Also, their customer service is the worst!! Shortly after I plugged there diffusers in, I smelled a terrible smell, they felt hot to the touch, and I noticed they had leaked all over my hardwood floors. I immediately contacted customer service and they finally admitted that they think thediffuser refills they sent me are faulty. They claim to offer a 30 day money back guarantee, which has not been the case. I would advice not to waste your money on this product .

So the diffuser seems to work, although I was worried about one of my cats who seemed « drugged » after sleeping close to the diffuser for one night. I honestly wonder what is inside because it also gave me a headache due to the strong unpleasant smell, itchy eyes and a stuffy nose. Unfortunately the legislation on ingredients is not as strict outside the UK and EU so difficult to trust the list and that the ingredients are safe. I now use the spray which seems less powerful. I never had this issue with Feliway.

Easy to shop. Wonderful product. My dogs are a lot calmer. My Rottweiler and Cane Corso both unaltered females used to fight several times a day and now rarely fight. I recommend this to everyone I know with pets.

Ordered some cat diffusers. Haven’t received the item yet but noticed 2 things I was incorrectly charged for on my order. I was charged $ 0.99 cents for shipping protection which I did not choose. Additionally, the website says there is free shipping for orders over $40 which my order was but I was charged $4.95 for shipping. I’ve been trying to request a refund of $5.94 to be credited back to my credit card for these two items for this order. I tried contacting the company via an online form they had, via email and via Facebook Messenger. All communications have gone unanswered.

I have noticed a huge difference in my dog who was obsessively sniffing everything around the house and had even started just licking the carpets in one spot over and over again. Quick service and I think this product helps in calming my dog. She is more relaxed when people visit and not as reactive at our window when people walk by outside of our house.

It worked! I was pleasantly surprised. My two male cats and one female cat just didn't get along, especially the two males. It took about a week and I noticed that they started tolerating one another, then actually playing together. I'm so glad I tried it! I tried another brand when they ran out and no contest!! The other brand had no effect at all! I can't wait to get them again.
