I was scare to try this but since I got it I've had very little accidents. My only regret is I didn't buy enough to cover any room that dogs pee in so I'm buying another one now and definitely recommend a subscription to get refills

We have four dogs, two are seniors. We have noticed since using TherapetMD diffuser we have more relaxed dogs. We have purchased additional ones to put in dog room.

Poor customer service. Placed an order for cat diffuser and feramone. Did not work and my male cats (both fixed, and introduced gradually) continue to fight. Plugged in for 3 +mos. I recd an email stating subscription had shipped. I wanted to cancel the shipment but they email you the tracking so there is no plausible way to cancel timely. You can return for refund but you don't get reimbursed shipping.l and this is a hassle. Poor customer service and response time. This is not the way a business should run if they expect customers to continue to use product. Don't waste your money!

I switched to TherapetMD after using a different brand to see if there was a difference in my 3 male cats from one product to another. ThereapetMD is not only less expensive, but the calming affect is so much better.

The product did not work at all for the dogs. Returning the diffusers was impossible. Truly terrible customer service. I would tell anyone to avoid purchasing anything from this company

I ordered this product to compare with Felway that I previously ordered on Amazon. This product did not work for my cat who has an issue using a litter box. I ordered 2 diffusers to use on each floor of my home. I was not planning to reorder, however I noticed two months later my bank account was charged $50. And they shipped me 4 diffusers! I did NOT voluntarily subscribe for any further orders and I definitely wouldn't order 4. This is illegal and in violation of Unfair Trade Practices. I will be contacting the PA State Attorney General. These scam companies make me furious.

Our dog was peeing in the house daily. Within two weeks he stopped completely!

My cats were fighting and spraying. Since I've been using this product they are not fighting and not spraying. I also use the spray for the cats beds and favorite hangout places. I love how quickly I receive my purchase. I highly recommend this product!
