I had a question about my diffuser and their customer service was awesome. They emailed me back and gave me a few different things to try. In thr end everything was working and it is now helping calm my pets!

Your product did not do anything different for my cat. I was just informed that you sent my next shipment and immediately charged me $66.26. I wrote several emails and have tried calling 4 times to no avail. I was just informed that my shipment is on the way even though I told them to stop it. Customer Service does not answer their phone.

I found myself getting a message for an auto ship and still had diffusers on hand. Customer support took care of it and I'll look at auto ship again now that I know more about how long it takes a diffuser to expire.

My dog has severe anxiety with storms or any sound that sounds like thunder. We usually have to give him prescribed meds to keep him calm during storms. Used the diffusers for a month long trip to Florida. Used the calming spray in the car and when we arrived at the villa. They really seemed to help my very scaredy cat. She still hid for 2 days, only coming out at night at first! But adjusted much better than I thought she would! Brought 1 diffuser back with us to use at the hotel overnight stop. That worked very well! Unfortunately, I forgot to grab it when we exited.

The product are known to work ( I have used them before) I find the sight is easy to navigate. Products are well priced great sales low delivery rates easy checkout with a variety of payment options. Just a good experience all round I’m happy and my pets are happy 😃
