Great customer service
I've ordered twice not from Therapet, and have received the diffusers in a reasonable time frame. Just need to plan ahead and make sure your order before you are actually out of the product! I'm still observing my cats, but I do believe it is an improvement. One of the new diffusers wasn't working ( I was unaware) I noticed one of my cats doing more unwanted scratching...Then I discovered the diffuser had a broken internal stem. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and updated me with how they were going to resolve the issue. After seeing photos of the damaged unit they immediately authorized new product to be sent. They were very apologetic and assured me they would make it right. I will continue to do business with this company!
