Amazing customer service where they understand that one thing doesn’t work for all animals!!! Extremely fair refund policy and can’t wait to donate the unused product to a cat shelter or rescue near me!!! Thanks again and The next time I would like to try something for my cat, I will definitely buy from this company!!!

Made me feel quite ill, god knows what’s in them
My two diffusers arrived on Wednesday and are plugged in the lounge and another room opposite as one of my cats spends a lot of time in the hall.
She’s sleeping more so maybe she’s feeling the effects already however I can really smell them too, I thought they were meant to be odourless? They’re making me feel ill to be honest, lightheaded, palpitations, headache, I’ve just switched them off as I can’t stand smelling it any longer. If I’d known they were made in China I would not have bought them, god knows what is in them. I would not recommend these at all.

Yes they have refunded me in full for which I am grateful. However I would take care using these, one thing which worried me is that there is no date of manufacture or batch number on them so I don’t see how there can be any quality control. If they work for you and your cat that’s great.

Was sceptical at first but we really…
Was sceptical at first but we really noticed a big difference with our teckel. Almost instantly!! Impressive.He has been peeing more often on the pipi pads and less often on our floors.

I have 3 dogs
I have 3 dogs, two of them male. They have had peeing matches to show dominance. Well after starting using this, the contests are greatly reduced!!!!! Can't say they are perfect yet, but we are on our way.

I had a delivery issue. Post office said they delivered item . I went to post office and put delivery sub. Said she forgot it and put it in mailbox. Not there. Therapet redeliver after mail claim.
My item said delivered but was no where to be seen. Made claim at post office. My replacement came today!; happy cats in our house!! Calming spray is the best,!!
