We started using this a few weeks ago. A big difference in peeing in the house has been seen. Also, the dogs seem much calmer. This is my second order. Very pleased!

I have to say I was quite skeptical. My 94-year-old mother lives with us and I work so it’s difficult to take the dogs out. She doesn’t know when to let them out, she’s very forgetful. I plugged one of these infusers in the hallway where they tend to pee and lo and behold, they moved their peace spot closer to the door. I decided to get the three pack seeing how well it worked so I’ll be able to put them all the way up to their dog door that we just got. Looking forward to a pee, free home .

I’ve had a very frustrating time dealing with my cat’s very bad habit of urinating in our music room. No amount of psychological tricks or special urine cleaners worked & our vet declared him physically healthy. I even took him to a chiropractor! I had used diffusers before but decided to give TherapetMD a try after doing some consumer research. After a week of no incidents, the cat urinated directly under the diffuser! I sent a desperate plea for help to the support staff & expected a “form” response in a week or so. What I received was an immediate, personal response! John was sympathetic, supportive & answered my questions throughly. He even offered additional advice. Worried that I hadn’t cleaned sufficiently, I cleaned very thoroughly again & there have been no more “accidents”. I am keeping my fingers crossed that our problem has been completely resolved & I am keeping a diffuser in the room as a permanent fixture! I’ve noticed that both my cats stop & sniff the air when they walk through the room & our beautiful space no longer reeks. This is clearly a company that not only stands behind its product but actually cares about the people who use it. As I stated before, I was treated with respect, sympathy & understanding. I am now a loyal customer & I will recommend TherapetMD to the vet, the chiropractor & anyone else with pleasure.
