Customer service was excellent! They responded quickly to my email I had sent about the mistake I made when I ordered. They helped get the right item I needed. Haven’t had the product long enough yet to give a review on how well it works, but looking forward to using it.

I went out on a whim and got this for my very anxious mini Aussie. He was peeing EVERYWHERE, I tried everything else and these actually worked! It’s been 1 months since we’ve started and he has not peed on a single thing since. He’s more calm, less jumpy and overall seems happier!

I did order this and so far it seems to be working. Our cats don't seem to fight as much. Its easy. all you have to do is plug it in and leave it. It is nice that there is no extra scent. For the urinating, I haven't really seen if it has worked just yet. It has only worked with my cats not fighting. I will have to still wait on that part.

Wish I could give zero stars. The website if full of lies. The replies from the company on this site are absolute BS. I should have done my research before purchasing but I am doing it now, since my product never arrived even though they claim it has. This company is based in China. Their tracking page isn't a real delivery service. If you email them, they will not reply. I am glad after reading reviews that it didn't arrive because I don't want to subject my pets to such an inferior product. RESEARCH AND DO NOT BUY,

I was a skeptic but now I’m a believer! Our 4 year old rescue corgi was peeing on the bedroom carpet at least one night a week until we got the Therapet diffuser. She hasn’t had a single accident since! It’s been a godsend!

Great customer service. At first, I couldn't tell if it was working because I couldn't see a light when I plugged it in. I contacted customer service and they responded really quick. It turns out that the light is so dim that it's hard to see in the daylight. I've only had it plugged in a few days and so far, it's been good and my dogs haven't been urinating inside the house. Hopefully it will solve this problem.

My dog is scared of thunderstorms, fireworks, even loud TV noises. I figured this was just how she was, but after using these plugins for a while, she's WAY less jumpy. She still notices the noise but doesn't freak out like before. HUGE relief.

Our mini schnauzer peed in the house several times a week, for years, if we weren't watching. He would pee without even asking to go outside. Out of desperation and willing to try anything I bought the Calming diffuser and plugged it in near his "favorite" spot. He hasn't peed once in 30 days, since the first day I plugged it in.
