I purchased the double pack for dogs. It's been plugged in for over a month and IT DOES NOT WORK. My lil dogs are still peeing. They are left out every two hours, they do their thing and come back in and still pee. It was a complete waste of my hard earned money.

I contacted TheraPet after receiving the product because light did not come on. They responded immediately and solved the problem with one email. The light is SO subtle I could only see it in the dark. Great people and service. Haven’t had the product long enough to know if it will work.

I was skeptical, but WOW. My rescue dog has always been super jumpy, especially around new people. After a couple of weeks with these diffusers, she's way more relaxed and doesn't bolt under the table when someone walks in. Highly recommend.
