My dog would lose it over every little sound, even things I couldn't hear. After a couple of weeks with these diffusers, he's SO much calmer. Still barks when it's necessary, but no more freaking out at imaginary threats. My ears are grateful.

I had an issue with postage and inadvertently requested quick postage. I was charged an unexpected amount and when I emailed my question I was given a quick response and a full refund. Khesy offered excellent customer service. I will use Therapet again!

Customer service was great! They responded to my concern and sent follow up emails to make sure it was resolved. My dog hasn’t peed his diaper the last 2 days since I’ve used it!

I have a rescue dog that I’ve had for 10 years and I just got a great Pyrenees puppy and the older dog does not like the puppy getting close to me and starts to growl and fight with him. The puppy is now 12 months old and 100 pounds. I truly believe this has made a difference on the older Dogs attitude thank you.

I couldn’t get the diffusers to work so I sent an email and received a response in a few hours. The info provided what I needed to get them to work. I even received a followup email to be sure all was well. The jury is out whether it will stop my dog from peeing. I hope it does, but time will tell. All in all, the customer service is outstanding.
