Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the product did not work for my dogs. Customer service was extremely helpful with suggestions, follow ups and eventually a refund. I can honestly say I recommend the product, knowing that they stand behind what they sell.

I was very skeptical at first but I must admit it has helped my dog immensely with a bout of separation anxiety. I was away for an extended period of time and when I got back it was bad. After using TherapetMD for a couple of months along with other techniques she is much better and I can leave the house without worry. Thank You

I tried the cat diffusers for 10 days and found the scent to be very unpleasant causing me to have headaches. I've used other diffusers like Felaway & have never had this terrible smell emitting from their diffusers. I've asked for a refund for I'm within the 30 day guarantee or money back period & had no response from them. I've tried calling their customer service without a response. I think this company is a scam & I am at a loss of $50.

This is my second order and I like it is natural and seems to really help my male cat that is a big bully to my younger female cat!

my dog used to be a wreck in the car, panting, whining, trying to escape the seatbelt. after using these plugins at home for a few weeks, i tried one in the car for a long trip. she actually lay down and relaxed. i still can't believe it.
