I have only had the plugins a week, but they do seem to be calming my older cat while we brought in a new kitten. Also, I had to contact customer service regarding an issue with my cart and again with an issue regarding shipping, and the customer service is top notch!

Was not advised that this was a subscription order I want it cancelled immediately pls.

I will still rate 5 star because the customers service are beyond amazing. They listen and understand and very polite. I would say it might not work to my dog but maybe to your dog. Give it a try I just wish it’s a little bit smell good atleast so I can keep it . The moment I receive the package I was so excited I thought it will really help with my pure American bulldog. I’m so sad didn’t work and plus it gives me congestion. When the moment I plug in 5 minutes after I was sneezing and running nose right away hardly breathing was thought was just my allergies. I leave the house an hour after I plug in the diffuser and when I get out in my house i stop sneezing. When I come back home. It went again. I didn’t think because of the diffuser but when I try to unplug I can easy breathe and stop sneezing.. so I guess I can’t have it.

I have 5 rescues & peeing was a major issue. Just placed my 2nd order & for twice the diffusers. They work well. I would much rather put up diffuser in each room than scrub wood floors or carpets. I see the dogs actually walk up to the duck diffusers & smell them. I rarely have messes anymore.

Quick and easy order. Subscribe is good. My cat settled almost immediately. It’s really working for him. Great service 🤗

I am blown away by the kindness, care and compassion from this company and their products are brilliant. On the incredibly sad and unexpected passing of my precious cat recently, TheraPet very generously offered me a partial refund on recently purchased products and then allowed me to donate the products to my local animal shelter. Their communication and support was second to none. Cannot rate TheraPet highly enough.

New experience with this company. Ordered and received 3 sets of their pheramone pet diffusers. While installing them, I discovered the stems were broken on 2 of the diffusers which made them unable to operate. I emailed the company. Got almost an immediate response with an apology and notification that 2 replacement diffusers were on the way. Very impressed with their customer service response!

This product did nothing for my dog and the company unlawfully processed additional payments claiming a subscription which I had not agreed to. Very disappointed.
