I plugged in a couple of diffusers and wasn't sure if they were doing anything for a while. When the diffusers ran out I got my answer soon enough! The squabbling and bullying behaviour returned, and then eased again when my refills arrived (and were hurriedly plugged in). Yes my two cats still get on each other's nerves when playing gets too rough, but the territorial behaviour (the older bullying the younger off the bed at night) has stopped. And then miracles of miracles, I found the younger one grooming the older when they were curled up in their respective boxes beside each other. The changes are subtle but are enough to make a difference to the household, just remember to give the product a few weeks to settle in,

I ordered this product to hopefully help my resume dog with his anxiety and night time peeing. I thought I ordered a one-time trial. I didn’t really see changes so wasn’t going to order more but got another shipment automatically 2 months later. I contacted customer service right away, without opening the new package. They quickly responded, told me how to return the package for a full refund. I followed their instructions and they refunded my money, all within 3 days! They were super great to work with and I would recommend this company and product for those looking for help with your pets. Very reliable and easy to work with!

If you are happy with zero support when the courier loses your parcel, then go ahead and order from them. I have emailed them 4 times requesting support and I keep getting a response saying someone from the international team will contact me and no-one has been in touch to help solve this.

I believe this product really works. I have used this in the past but then canceled due to thinking it didn't work. After awhile my dogs started having more accidents especially when I was gone. I realized I had run out of this product for several months and thinking this really did perhaps do what it was advertised to do. So I am ordering again and putting it to the test.
