Customer service goes above and beyond. We recently had an issue with our package of TherapetMD insert refills. Two out of the three insert refills were opened. We immediately reported it to customer service along with photos. They responded unbelievably fast and are now sending us two replacements.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my inquiry regarding the TheraPet diffuser. Customer Service was excellent and at all times courteous and understanding.

Be aware that the refund policy excludes used items, so when the product did not work for me, they refused a full refund as per their advertising. Only through persistence was I able to obtain a 50% refund, which was quite deceptive. Also there was an error in voltage printed on the package, meaning it looked like it was unsuitable for Australian outlets. This is a US company with different voltages. They assured me it was compatible despite the written voltage, and the unit did not malfunction, just was not effective. On pointing this out I was refunded the other 50%, and they were most apologetic, but I felt this should not have happened and the refund policy was not transparent.
