I came back on the website after getting my order confirmation just to comment on the difference the TheraPet diffuser has made for my pup. I started a recurring order because I lost track of getting a refill and did not realize it. Then I came home to potty in the house. I originally got the diffuser to help with her separation anxiety. It has worked so well for her that her anxiety has not been a problem for so long I forgot she even had separation anxiety. She was actually a VERY anxious dog, until I started using the TheraPet diffuser, so thank you! She has become a calm, happy girl because of it!

Easy access site, clear purchase system, good delivery, excellent product

Ordered the product. Got the 3 pack deal, one of the defusers came defective. Tried calling the customer service number, that was given on the card inside the package. After a few failed attempts on reaching customer service, on phone or email I still have not heard back. It’s been over thirty days, since I have received this product, still having issues with my dog’s anxiety and urination in my home. Very disappointed with this product and the fact of the money that was taken for a defective product. Calling my financial institution asking if there’s a way to get my money back.

This product is amazing, it has calmed my poodle puppy like I never thought possible. A little bit of barking but nothing like he used to. I’m now buying the spray to take where ever we are.

I plugged them in in 3 different spots in my house near where she lays the most and it really works to keep her calm.

I emailed Therapet customer services on 25/08/2026 to tell them that my cat had died and asked them to cancel my subscription immediately. They advised me that my email didn't exist (although they keep taking my money!) My subscription was not cancelled and the product arrived today !!! I'm already stressed at the loss of my cat and the problems with Therapet is causing me even further stress. UPDATE Following the above review, khesy of Therapet contacted me immediately and, after I had supplied some further information, arranged to cancel my account and refunded my latest payment without my needing to return the items. I couldn't have asked for a better response. Well done Khesy! P.S. I have passed the refund and the items on to my local Cat Protection branch.

Therapet is working but my son only has it in bedroom but he started urine yesterday not in bedroom but leaving to take dog out he went part living room and by door I will try therapet in living room but it does work for sure I will put new diffuser in living room and see what happens but he's been doing great so far it's not everyday he urinate that why I order another one.thks
