It doesn't work on any recent version of Mac OSX

I bought a Photostick 2.0 directly from the company (I'm in Canada). I started with my system on OSX Monterey. The software installed with no problem, it ran and listed photos throughout my system as expected, but it refused to copy them to the stick itself. I tried it on two friends' Macs, one on Ventura, one on Sonoma, then I upgraded my system to the latest Sequoia. Exactly the same thing happened in all four cases. The company sent a replacement: exactly the same behaviour happened. The Mac version of the Photostick software simply does not work. And, they have not only refused to refund my money, but have told TrustPilot that I never requested a refund. I have refreshed their memory by sending them a copy of my communications with them, which clearly shows that I twice requested a refund after having spent expert time showing them exactly where the problem was in their product. John Sankey Ottawa ON Addendum: given the publicity engendered by this Trustpilot review, they agreed to refund my money (minus the $10 it cost me to return the item). Thank you, Trustpilot!
