ThePhotoStick is a must have...
This is a great product that is not only useful but also extremely easy to use. I had the pleasure of meeting Debby not too long ago through a matter of business. Not only is the product great, but she is as well. This is a product for yourself, friends, and family to keep your mind at ease. There are so many things that can go wrong with technology that having backups are a must. This product allows for your ease of mind to be achieved very easily. It is a simple but effective product with a beautiful app that is seamless to use. Highly recommend.

Customer Service
I ordered two PhotoSticks but needed to return them since I thought they would work with my phone, but the ones I ordered do not. I sent an email, and immediately got a message back from Debby telling me that it would be no problem, and she would make sure I got my refund back on my VISA asap. The money was back in my account before I even got my PhotoSticks in a return envelope!! The Customer Service is wonderful, as was Debby, and I will definitely consider ordering from this company again!!

Both Photosticks were faulty!
I use Windows 10 and bought 2 phototicks. The 1st one did not work. It came up with a "faulty" error. I tried everything including re-formatting it. Still failed. After contacting their customer service they replaced this photostick. Some 3 weeks later I received the new one and had similar issues. I can believe one is faulty but two? Must be some serious internal problems going on. After complaining again I was given a refund however it cost me $21 in postage to return the 2nd photostick! (I am in Australia). I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing. And I should mention the endless advertising emails you receive once you sign up. After a few days I successfully "unsubscribed" to these before they overloaded my in box. On the plus side, the customer service people were very helpful and obliging. Pity it didn't live up to the expectations. Bottom line, don't waste your time and money!
