The part I ordered was the correct part…
The part I ordered was the correct part and has fixed the problem so far. But, I paid for second day air delivery and did not receive that delivery. I have asked for a refund of the charge for second day air since that’s not the delivery I received and I have not been notified of a refund!!

I'll make sure this is refunded right away, Trena. It looks like it did go out 2nd day air but for some reason didn't ship out on Monday like it was supposed to. Very sorry about that!

Ordered from The Norcold Guy on August 22, 2019 I have left voice messages and sent emails with no response as to the status of my order which still says waiting shipment. My credit card has been charged. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of communication.
