The new core arrived quickly and in good condition. There are a few videos that show how to remove and replace the old one. None quite prepared me for how tough it was to align the holes for the cooling fins and freezer plate. My biggest issue with the new core is you have to cannibalize so much of the old core to move to the new one. The original issue I had I’m convinced is that the thermostat failed, preventing the fans from running. This overheated the condenser and caused it to burst and leak. Replacement left the old failed thermostat transferred to the new core. Back to the original symptoms. The replacement core should be a total replacement for best results.

Ordered a new glass shelf. Glass has sharp edges no rounding, very poor quality for the cost.

They put the wrong packing slip in my shipment. The slip provided did not provide appropriate info to return part. I tried to contact them and no response from them. After several days of no contact I conceeded and gave up on returning part and getting my money back since I could not figure out how to contact them. Then i received this survey so that is why i gave 1 star score and comments.

Ordered 2 parts for my norcold refridgerator. It took 2 months to arrive. Finally when they arrived the glass shelf had a chip in it. They said sorry and are replacing the part which is taking another 2 months. Camping season is now over and still haven't received the replacement part. Not impressed at all.

I ordered a Norcold Wire Kit 628119 in August. (Order ID #1021207). The description states "(when the refrigerator won't stay lit) fits N300/ 3163". I received the wire kit promptly. But the instructions are for the N300. No mention of the 3163. The instructions do not appear to work for my model, nor do the wires seem like they would fit anywhere. I sent an online message to them through their website. no response. I then emailed them using a couple of their listed email addresses. no response. I have sent them one final email. If they do not respond, I will contact my CC company for a charge back. I'd like to give them a chance and get my fridge fixed. If only they'd contact me.
