Ordering an shipment was fast and accurate. So far it has been great dealing with them. I do wish I had shopped alittle longer for my part as I found it cheaper on Amazon by nearly $40.00

The prompt delivery was appreciated but your customer service is what gives you 1 star. I had some questions and contacted you numerous times but was not able to reach a live voice and all your voicemail boxes were full. I only needed the inside of the door but instead received a new door, had I been able to talk to someone I would have understood what I was ordering.

We purchased a brand new Norcold fridge through their website almost 4 weeks ago. You would think that after paying nearly $3,000 for a fridge that you would get some kind of update. Nothing. It still says on their website 'awaiting shipment.' We have tried calling, emailing, and even paging through their phone system. Nothing. Such poor customer service. If it's delayed, just notify us. Not one human or communication....we're starting to think this is a scam. So if you're thinking about buying a fridge from them, think twice. They may just take your money and run.
