the review would be higher if they would have shipped the correct number of parts ordered. Now, after the fact, A simple heads up that just one was available at the time would have calmed my nerves. These parts are very spendy and losing one to a clerical error would not have been good. Thank you Norcold Guy for being out there.

We had to replace our fridge door due to a broken top piece where the hinge connects. Had to order a smooth interior since the "waffle" was not available. Therefore, had to order a hinge conversion kit. All arrived and there were two identical hinges, although one had a different number, and neither would fit on the top of the door (suspect someone mislabeled it). We call twice on the Friday after Christmas and sent an email and posted a question on the website. To date, December 31, no one has called or emailed. Since we had already taken the old door off, my genius husband figured out a way to do some drilling and make the original top hinge work. At the prices of Norcold parts, one should not have to remanufacture.

you gave me information to service my norcold rv N821 ref norcold made it sound like you had to be their xperat as a r v camper and a 40 year Chrysler tech you made it simple..excuse the spelling but thank you for the help Bill Jenkins
