We bought a part for my father's RV back in November. Everything was charged on the credit card. Still no parts as of today. I tried reaching anyone from the company multiple times per day. I am sent directly to voicemail from which I can only assume the messages are left until they are deleted without regard. I have tried sending emails from which I received only sporadic responses stating that the order is incomplete. Great a starting point! Nope! Tried to learn more by replying to the email and no response was sent. I would GREATLY appreciate a little professionalism and care from the customer service. Delays are understandable, fees are understandable, mistakes CAN be made! But you HAVE to keep communications up and inform your clients about what is going on. ALWAYS!

The package arrived faster than I thought it would and it did solve my problem. It was actually much more than I really needed, but apparently the manufacturer doesn’t want to bother selling a $5 part when they can sell a $200 part.
