I've e-mailed and called several times but cannot get anyone to return my messages. The part is not working completely and I don't know if I ordered the wrong one or if there's something more I need to do or if it's the part. I'd buy another one if I ordered the wrong one but no one cares now that I've gotten it and they've been paid.

I do give 5 stars but i do have a question in regards too a flat rate of 30$ for shipping. I did get the item immediately but I definitely question that rate and also no other shipping options. Thanks again.

Packing of unit did not protect unit, delivered with warped fins and upright tube. Unit still functions fine but needed straightening and had to change boiler insulation and shroud.
