Got the product to me quickly. Packed it so it wouldn’t break. Was the right product for my model of refrigerator.

I have ordered via your web page and paid full amount by paypal. The adress log on your page alowed me to chose the country and the full adress details by selecting UAE for delivery. The second day i have refunded without an information. You are aloving the web page to take an order to UAE adrress and than canceling the order is not a good costumer service.

The crisper bin was broken when I opened the box, even though it was wrapped with protection. I called and left messages, emails, and never had a response. So I finally just ordered another crisper. Waiting currently on the 2nd order to come in.

No shipping correspondence. I inquired within the order "Is this the correct part for my 1211 IMD?" Got wrong part, cannot return as used the washers to make a temporary fix.

Arrived promptly following order and was exactly as advertised. I was able to install without tools in less than 5 minutes. They look great.

Being able to order on-line through your website made that end of the process simple. I was also impressed at how timely the order was shipped and received by me. The only "very small" issue I had was that when I opened the box the panels had a lot of scratches. I did a quick look to see if there was a protective covering but could not find one. I was in the process of sending you a message about this but to be sure, I checked again. This time under close inspection I was able to determine that there was a protective covering. Once I removed that, I was very pleased with the quality. I'm still waiting for the freezer panel but once it comes, I'll know what to do. Thanks for listening!!
