Terrible service, unprofessional staff
The part I needed was listed as in stock. Ordered it and was updated it was back ordered 2-3 weeks. Needed the part for a customer and later found out warranty was going to replace the whole fridge. Tried to return the part and was informed they needed photo proof. I opened in and took pics. I was then informed due to it being open there would be a “heavy” restocking fee. All of this transpired over several days as it take multiple days to receive an emailed response. Here I am a month later and still haven’t heard if I will get a return started.

Robert, I trust this has been properly handled by now. I do not see an Email chain or order notes on this. If it has not, please call us right away at 800 712 8822. It is our policy to charge a restocking fee when electrical components have been opened and/ or installed. That's simply because we're not able to resell the product. That said, happy to handle a return so please let us know.

Was expecting a kit to install a…
Was expecting a kit to install a refrigerator door and received 1 hinge this was after spending time with tech support. Ever try to install a door with 1 hinge? Tried to get ahold of someone on the phone again and just got all mail boxes are full. Gave up after a day of this and ordered the kit from another company. In the meantime my customer is still waiting for their door to be installed.

Lousy packaging
Item was not properly packaged it was in a bubble envelope with no support the panel an acrylic plastic lower door panel came out of the(envelope) in four pieces

I paid the $50 and requested a phone…
I paid the $50 and requested a phone call ASAP. Did not receive a call since. I fixed my problem myself. I NEED A REFUND! Please let me know when you will be returning my money.

I received the totally wrong part
I received the totally wrong part. I ordered a thermistor and received a switch.

The parts I ordered were great
The parts I ordered were great, however the technical support leaves alot to be desired. Doesn't respond to email and hard to get on the phone, mailbox was full, so you can't leave a message.

Super fast delivery and no hassle
Super fast delivery and no hassle at all. Got the part I needed for my RV Norcold refrigerator in just 3 days - and I am currently boondocking in the desert of southern Arizona. Great service!
