No one was available on the chat function. I sent a message via their chat but never got a response. Called the number listed on the website, no one answered. Made a best guess on the part I needed. It did ship quickly. The optical display I ordered had some scuffs on the faceplate. Wasn't terrible so installed anyway and I needed it working asap. Part(s) fixed problem. Good enough I guess.

Your website claims shipping in 2 days. It has been 5 and I still have no idea when refrigerator is going to be shipped. A little communication would be nice. If I don't have an answer by tomorrow, I will be canceling the order.

I show that this was shipped and received. We apologize for the delay! Truck freight sometimes extends lead times since we need to schedule the pickup. The only other thing that sometimes delays a delivery is the truck driver not being able to reach the customer. Hopefully that didn't happen but if there's any issue with the order or delivery, please do let us know!
