Paid extra for a service and product but to my surprise the order failed to arrive. Today its past 2 days past scheduled delivery and David claims when or if the order arrives than to refuse delivery and will issue full refund. Misleading advertisement and paid for insurance but company and after service complete let down. Thanks for ruining my day with my partner.

Same story as everyone else here: Order to be delivered on 13th Feb. No delivery, no news, no response from Customer service, parcel tracking shows that they created the label but never shipped the product. Is this a scam? Fortunately AMEX will get to block the payment if they don't deliver by 27 Feb (which would be 2 weeks late)

Do NOT spend any money on this scam of a company, I payed £165 for flowers to arrive on Valentine’s Day and guess what. They still haven’t turned up. Their customer services ignore your emails and their phone doesn’t work. I want my money back. How I’m going to get it, I have no idea.

Never again!!! Ordered and paid extra fee and didn't arrive on time. Now I claim the extra paid fee back and they seem to be dead no response anymore Will take legal actions against them if I haven't heard back end of the week because still don't know where my order is Worst CS I've known so far . Avoid this company, you will pay a lot for no services. Like many other people, i have ordered on february 13 a present from their website for the Valentine day and payed an extra delivery service to be sure that the delivery will be done the 14 th before 12 AM. We are the 15 (7 PM) and nothing ! Wrote two comments and claims via their website : no answer. This company have to be ignored. Its a million scandale !
